Caruso has announced its newest lease agreement for the upcoming Palisades Village will be with Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas for Palisades Village’s Bay Theater!
According to Cinépolis’s website, Cinépolis USA is a leading world-class cinema exhibitor that offers guests enhanced movie-going experiences through its “Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas” and “Cinépolis” theater concepts. The Dallas-based theater chain opened its first theater in Del Mar, CA in July 2011 and has some of the top performing theaters in the country, currently operating a total of 16 theaters with a presence in Southern California, Florida, New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Its México-based parent company, Cinépolis, is the fourth largest movie theater exhibitor in the world.
Caruso also works with Cinépolis at their The Promenade at Westlake property in Thousand Oaks.

Originally designed in 1948 and known for attracting Hollywood notables, the newly redesigned Bay Theatre by Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas will feature five screening rooms each with approximately 40 – 60 luxury seats, reserved seating and call buttons for full food and bar service, all from the comfort of automated leather recliners. Once a pastime neighborhood favorite, its marquee sign design inspired from the original Bay Theatre marquee by S. Charles Lee, will blend the glamour of the classic movie going experience. Located on Swarthmore Avenue, Bay Theatre by Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas will be amidst street-front retail including contemporary leading fashion, independent retailers, first-to-market concepts, and restaurants reflecting local talent and chef-driven concepts with a variety of cuisines.”
